Service Description

Yoga therapy sessions are offered to address imbalances at the physical, emotional and mental level: the physical body (annamaya kosha), the energy body (pranamaya kosha), the nervous system (manomaya kosha), the wisdom body (vijanamaya kosha) and the bliss body (anandamaya kosha)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at full rate.
