Cycladic Yoga Retreat

Eleni combines her academic background in International Relations to interpret the microcosm of the self. She is a lifelong student of Self-Realisation, the Director of Silence of Space Ltd a wellbeing platform promoting a sense of balance in pharmaceutical intervention and self care and Founder Member of the Yoga Therapy Association supporting yoga therapist professionals and engaging in activities which promote yoga therapy in sustainable health management plans.

About our retreat practices

This is a 10-hours course over five days, which is carefully laid out to approach self-care in a systematic manner. The first and last day are devoted to travelling and settling in. Each course day we concentrate on a different layer of awareness focusing on processes that specifically benefit that experience. 

Our island home

An old farm with vineyards and olive groves in the hilly landscape close to the beach and the port of the island of Kea. Beautiful cottages, a quiet atmosphere and eco-friendliness.

The Red Tractor Farm is a unique little holidays hide-away on the island of Kea. It is an old 7-acre family property with charming cottages surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, set in the hilly landscape only a few-minute stroll from the beach and the port. Kostis and Marcie grow fruits and veggies; they produce wine, olive oil, marmalade and fruit preserves, all organic, as well as acorn flour, which they make from the nuts of local oak trees collected by islanders and volunteers. Guests can choose between seven tastefully decorated double rooms and studios overlooking the green hills and olive groves. They are done in a Cycladic style with light blue shutters, whitewashed walls and built-in furniture, but with some earthy colours too. The accommodation is cleverly designed so the rooms and studios all have full privacy both inside and out (each unit has its own little garden) while they can also easily interconnect to accommodate families or groups. There are some arty touches in the décor; beds are comfy; bathrooms are good and the studios have little kitchenettes to prepare snacks from local produce.

Kea is an easily accessible island only an hour away from the port of Lavrio in Athens.

Crossing from Athens to Kea: ferries depart from the port of Lavrio every morning at 8.30am and in the afternoon. You may use ferryhopper.com to check the ferries schedule and book your tickets online. 

*Flights and ferry tickets are not included in the retreat prices mentioned above. 

*If let us know when your flight is due to arrive in Athens we can group you together to keep transfer costs down. The cost to Lavrio port is 55euro each way.

From Korissia port, transfers are included in the retreat cost. 

We advise our guests to book flexible and refundable plane tickets either from Bristol or London Gatwick. 

Terms and Conditions

Deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due on or before March 1st, 2024 or the full amount on booking, if doing so after this date.  You will need to arrange your own travel insurance, which is compulsory.

 If you need to cancel, please let us know at the earliest date. If you are prevented from travelling and have paid in full, you may transfer your booking to another person or we will fill your place from the waiting list if possible. Cancellations are normally payable as follows:
